Welcome 2011
Hello 2011. I know, I’m 2 days late into the year but it’s fine. I’m loving 2011 so far, I think. It’s too early to tell. I’m starting work on the 6th. Hopefully, though the pay is low, it’ll be a good job. Screw Recruit Ex___. Really. I shouldn’t have gone through them. -.-
Anw, I enjoyed the days leading up to 2011. It was totally awesome. Spent it with BfTan and some friends. Saw the fireworks and learnt how to play Bridge. Just plenty of laughter. Lunch with BfTan & his family at Ma Maison was good too. We all had fun together. It’s just plain fun & fun & more fun cos there was laughter everyday. But on the down side, I’m having the bad throat. It’s been what, 3 days? & I even took medicine to make it better but it doesn’t seem to help. Maybe its not sore throat anymore. It may just be tonsillitis. Oh oh! I hope not though. Took all the herbal tea and what not but it didn’t really help though. Get better tomorrow pls!

My December
Christmas had passed and the year end is arriving. Before I know it, it’ll be Adios 2010 and Konichiwa 2011. But my December has been eventful. I suppose. But its more of the days leading to Christmas. See, I find it good cos I had something to do (unlike now). I was helping out in the Children Ministry’s Christmas play prep for the performance outside Mandarin Gallery. I had my share of fun by helping and also playing a simple tune on the trumpet while Jett stood in front of all the crowd and everyone was thinking that he played. It was fun. Doing make up for the little kids and hearing them speak was really fun. They really speak their mind and they aren’t afraid of embarrassment nor offending anyone. They are just plain truthful.
Christof
Christof is everyone’s fav! He’s not as talkative but I heard stories of otherwise. He’s only 4 but he plays the drums! I’m not exactly surprised cos he’s got a family of talent. His mom plays the keyboard and his 2 sister plays string instruments, Cello and Harp. I wanna play a harp too. Another thing about Christof is that when he decides on something, he sticks to it. Even when his mom scolds him, he will not change his decisions. But he’s so cute! Vain as well! He loves taking photos.
Jeshua
Jeshua was really cute. He’s only 4/5 but he can speak really well and isn’t afraid of performing in front of the public. He’s a natural. He just smiles and sings. Uh! So cute! The night before the full dress rehearsal, he told one of the teachers this: “Teacher, can I not put makeup, I am very handsome already.” Joy heard it and she told me. Such a cutie isn’t he!
There’s another kid though. Called Jem. I forgot to take his photos. When it’s up on someone’s Facebook then I’ll put it up!
In the midst of all the practices and performances, I managed to sneak in a whimsical midnight baking session with Joy. We made really adorable cupcakes! They’re multicolored with a nutella core. It tasted totally awesome! So we baked till about 4 odd in the morning. I was sooo tired after! & we also agreed that next time, while baking something so colorful, we’ll use a syringe.

Joy and Steph. We’re friends for like forever. 12 years of my life already. We did so much together when we were young. We swam, jump from bed to bed, danced together, cha-cha together, sleep together, eat together, laugh together, overseas together, slept over together… the list just goes on. We are never strangers to one another. Always having this familiarity among us. Jokes that doesn’t expire. I love them to bits!
& Sheryl, also friends for like forever! Dropping msgs to me once in a while. So sweet! Love u so much! Kerrie too! But that Butt overslept (I think) and didn’t come.
Last but not least, I love my presents! From BfTan! He got me a pair of new TOMS and a blouse that I’ve being eyeing for. SO SWEET! I love him too!

What I’ve been watching
I’ve also been watching Criminal Minds, Gossip Girl, Modern Family, The Big Bang Theory & a few more I think. Oh! The walking dead as well! I’m starting work tomorrow till the end of the week but I am dreading it. I am looking for a new job altogether cos I want a new environment. Any recommendations?

Alohaaa. Cambridge left 5 days ago. He’s so annoying actually. Giving false hopes. Pretending to be easy at times, etc. But whatever. He has left & I am (I think) enjoying my life right now. & today was the first that I slept in since Cambridge left. I’m watching all that I can watch right now. I watched Modern Family till its latest episode yesterday, watching HIMYM right now. Waiting for new episodes of Gossip Girl, Raising Hope & The Big Bang Theory. I can’t wait for all of them to be out right now. I started on Dexter too. It’s kind of a dark show though. Trying to understand cos he’s always narrating his thoughts. So yeah, I’m gonna watch that too. But after I finish HIMYM till its latest episodes, I will then watch Criminal Minds. Or maybe I’ll go get the DVD instead. We’ll see. Hahah.
After all the serial dramas and repaying of sleep debts, I’ll get my lazy ass back to work. I’ve got mixed feelings. Work, don’t work, work, don’t work. But I know I’ve got to. Gotta go earn so $$$ then I can go shop!
My High School Musical 3 will come to reality on 2 Dec, 5pm. I’ll shout: “School’s out, scream & shout!” Hahahaha! Then I’ll get myself in to the Christmas mood. Not that I’m not already in the Christmas mood, but I’m just not showing it yet. Just in case I get distracted or what not. I’ll allow myself to sleep in after. Which I think it’s sorta impossible since there are walls being hacked a couple of blocks away. For a moment, I was thinking, why a need for lift when we’ve already lived without it for 10 years (I suppose)?! Urghhh! Maybe I’ll take some sleeping pills so to keep out the sound in my head. Hahaha. I’m kidding!

I look at my site stats whenever I use the computer & surprisingly, most of the views comes from Sheldon Cooper. Idk why but it just does. Hahahah. Home Page, no. Sheldon, YES! Hahaha. It’s a somehow a form of entertainment I suppose.
Anyway, while studying at Starbucks today, I encountered something totally new. A couple quarreling. It’s something so new that I couldn’t help but laugh. I know I’m bad but the girl was sobbing so badly & when she wanted to leave to save her from all the embarrassment she was causing, the guy didn’t want to leave & when the guy suggested to leave, the girl refused. & this went on & on for about an hour or so. Such distractions. I even created some time graph for them to show the mood of the girl. Hahahah. Up and down in a matter of minutes. Hahah. Ok, I’m so tired. I even wrote d as b. Yes. I’m that tired! Hahah. Night!
Tmr, in 14 hours time to be exact, I will be meeting this Cambridge pal of mine. Meeting him makes me stress. I wish I do not have to meet him at all. It’s quite nerve-wrecking actually. I am dreading it in fact. He’s staying in Singapore for about a month & I don’t wish for him to stay. Though I may be meeting him for just 6 days, I really don’t wish for him to step into Singapore. But just my luck, I chose him to be my pal for 3 years & now, he’s finally coming tmr. I should be happy right. Come quick, leave quick. Sigh. I should’ve chose some local pal instead named Poly which will allow me to know some local Ivy chick as well.
PS: Cambridge, our fourth/fifth time meeting. Treat me well pls.
